Guarantee and Dispute Resolution

We sell 100% authentic products only. All of our cosmetic goods are registered on the CPNP and certified to sell un EU. Our customers have the right to return part or all the goods purchased in our store within 60 days after receiving, if there is a reason to do so.

What Products are Provided with the Guarantee?

Please note that according with the consumer protection laws (43.č člen Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov/Pursuant to Article 43č of the Consumer Protection Act) cosmetic products are not exchangeable and returnable, except in the case of bad quality. If you find out that you have purchased a product that:

  • Of bad quality

    Don't measure up to the declared quality and can't be used.
  • Expiry date less than six months at the time of purchase

    Not discounted and shipped without the consent of the customer,
You are entitled to a refund.

How to Apply for Guarantee?

Contact our customer's protection manager via your account or e-mail address in Contacts, and let him know your order number, a list of goods and the reasons you want to return them back. If these reasons are sufficient grounds for refund, we will contact you and agree on how and when the goods will be sent back. In this case, you do not have to pay any additional costs.

These Limited Warranties are not applicable for any of our products which have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of our store.

How to get refund or replacement?

There can be two limits for the Warranties issued with the purchase of the furniture items on our website.

  • Replacement

    Replacement of defective product will be shipped to the same address within seven days from the date we receive your parcel with the product having improper quality.
  • Refund

    The Refund will be sent the same way as receiving your payment within five days from the date we receive your parcel with product having improper quality.

Dispute Resolution

If you have problems after applying cosmetic products that you bought in our e-store, please follow the steps below:

- Follow the manufacturer's instructions indicated in the Caution part on the label.
- Immediately inform our customer protection manager about the problem by e-mail info @, indicate the exact name of the product, its EAN code and date of purchase.
 We will provide information to the manufacturer and let you know what they think about it.

If you have any problems that have not been resolved by our customer protection manager - please use alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 1 of the ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:

- we are open to dialogue on the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is provided by the European Commission .
